Here's a loose list of video games is either about mass murder in some shape of form for those who are interested. Feel free to add more.

Flash Games

Super Columbine Massacre RPG!: We all know this one, a game made in RPG maker by Danny Ledonne that details the lead up and massacre at Columbine.

V-Tech Rampage: Created by Ryan Lambourn, the player takes control of Seung-Hui-Cho and is tasked with carrying out the Virginia Tech shootings

The Slaying of Sandy Hook Elementary: Created by Ryan Lambourn once again, the player takes control of Adam Lanza and must carry out his massacre in three separate modes: Historical, Gun Control and Eagle Tears.

Jokela High Massacre!: The player takes control of Pekka-Eric Auvinen and reenacts the Jokela school shooting.

Actual Games & Mods

Postal 1 and it's remake: An isometric top-down shooter developed by Running With Scissors, a considerably darker tone than it's sequel which was more lighter and more south park-esque.

Hatred: Another isometric top-down shooter this time developed by Destructive Creations, the player plays the titular "Not Important" on his crusade against humanity.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2: The game features an infamous level where the player help commits a mass shooting at a Russian airport with a terrorist, killing civilians.

Grand Theft Auto: While not strictly about or forces the player to commit mass murder, the game is infamous for giving the player the ability to do so.

Manhunt: Also developed by Rockstar games, the player character must preform a series of murders for a snuff film producer.

GTA IV is basically a massacre simulation, running round Chase Point at night shooting all the hookers.

Eh, I got to disagree as well. I felt it was appropriate it to include in this list regardless of who you kill.

I didn't know that he created other games of mass shootings, was only aware of the Jokela one when creating the thread.

I haven't been able to find it either. I remember it being on some weird Chinese website for flash games though.

Thanks. Was considering adding it myself but kinda figured that it was pretty easy to find so didn't bother.

I remember No Russian getting so much controversy in the days following MW2's release, The good old days of MW2 and gaming still had idiots in the media preaching "video game violence" and that the mission promoted Terroristic thinking and would influence people to attack airports in a militant style. Especially with Breivik saying he used it as Training simulator in 2011.

I don't think he thought that part of the plan well lol. 

I just realized this list is missing Hotline Miami. Most of the game has you killing Russian mobsters but there is one level where you take out a police station.

update:i asked a guy who made a video of the mod if he had a download link and he said that a new gameplay trailer will come soon.not sure if he is a creator of the mod or what, but there may be a NA tour 2018

yea but buy hl2 b4 it comes out and download it and archive it so everyone can have fun in a satire game that is calming. Jack thompson will probably say that everything made by valve is a murder simulator because he thinks valve is responsible for mods lol.

Friday The 13th: The Game - An asymmetrical multiplayer game set within the Friday The 13th franchise, the matches allow up for 8 people to play in a 1v7/8 match with one player taking control of Jason Voorhees while the other 7 are camp counselors, the goal for Jason is to kill all 7 while the counselors' goal is to escape by any means possible, repairing cars,boats, calling the police or simply waiting out the night.

Dead by Daylight - Kinda similar to above but only allows 5 people in matches (1v4) and features characters from Halloween,A Nightmare On Elm Street, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Saw and Left 4 Dead.
