| I wasn't sure where to post this, but I think this subforum works. My friend down in Virginia told me about this the day it happened. Apparently at Salem high school, Virginia Beach a male student brought a gun and shot himself in the bathroom. They were participating in a "c" day where parents are allowed to shadow their children. I couldn't find much coverage on the incident but here's one article [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Although glad the student didn't did shoot up the school along with himself, I'm curious why he only took his own life and choose to kill himself at school. May that student rest in peace.

| maybe he was ashamed abt his work and his parents are strict and he didnt want them to see his work or he waited for them to see his work and then they got angry so he decided to kill himself like a situational plan |

| I think the most likely cause is bullying and/or depression.

| I don't blame them for committing suicide, I too suffer from depression and am severally bullied at my School so I know what it's like. | |
