I think that's Castillo's "Mass Murderers and School Shootings of the 20th and 21st Centuries", an 18 page notebook he complied that contained "detailed descriptions and photographs of school shootings" (https://schoolshooters.info/sites/default/files/role_models_3.1.pdf). The document seen at the 3:53 mark appears to consist of hand written notes and pasted photographs, something you definitely wouldn't see in a computer document like Adam's spreadsheet.
