Favorite bands/artists of school shooters?

Hi there,

I'm currently doing research on the behavior of school shooters, and I'm curiously intrigued by their musical opinions. For many school shooters, music appears to have played a fairly large part in their emotional lives. Just recently, the Santa Fe shooter cited Perturbator as one of his favorite bands, going as far as wear a Perturbator shirt on the day of the massacre. Though, for many shooters, I cannot seem to find much information on their musical tastes. Though it is a possibility that not all school shooters are fans of music, I'm curious to know which bands or artists various school shooters have listed as their favorites.

Every time I google for information, I get bombarded by endless pages of Harris/Klebold and their playlists. So, I've got them out of the way, but what about the hundreds of others? I've also been able to find that Kimveer Gill was a Megadeth fan, and that Seung-Hui Cho may have liked Ice Cube. A local shooter was a fan of a small-known band called Imaginarius. However, I don't want it to stop there! I figured y'all would have better insight and knowledge than I would.

Any answers are very welcome, even the more obscure shooters.

Seung Hui Cho's favorite song was Shine by Collective Soul; I believe he even wrote lyrics from the song on the walls of his dorm room.
Adam Lanza was a big fan of Flogging Molly and The Dickies and complied a list of songs relating to mass shootings that was several hours long.

Kimveer might've occasionally played music as Kimveer was writing screenplays and played music while driving.

Randy Stair said on a video from 2012, quote: “Some of my favorite bands... The Beatles, obviously, is a huge favorite. Boston, Billie Joel, great bands... Avenged Sevenfold, Queen… some AC/DC here and there." (Add Green Day and Send Request to the list, as was already said by other user).

Also, he made a music video of the song “Let It Go" (from Frozen), using fragments of one of his videos, and mentioned on one of the “suicide tapes” that the song made him cry several times.

And a month before the shooting, he said on an Instagram post that wanted the song “Life in a Northern Town”, by The Dream Academy, to be played on his funeral.
