Technically he's not a victim but I figured it was worth including.

I think Makai Hall said he knew and liked Dylan but Dylan may not have known or recognized him.

Dylan knew Val a little according to a few people and I think MAY have known Lisa through Robyn, the whole prom picture thing makes me think he may have known of her.

Dylan saw Tim Kastle and let him go and also his exchange with John Savage. I love his interview during Zero Hour, he's all "when they said everyone get up we are going to blow up the school" he starts to get up because "they don't want to hurt anyone, they just want to blow up the school.." ah John....
