Book already written about Nikolas Cruz?

So I was on Tumblr and came across a blog showing their crime book collection, and to my shock there is clearly one about Nikolas Cruz.  

Well it seems to look little more then just a pamphlet to my book worm ass.   BUT I was thinking "Damn so soon?" Also that has to be filled with so much bullshit that it stinks to high heaven.

The person even states that the book is basically shit. Does anyone know who wrote it, or has even heard about it?
