Mass Shooters who used drugs during their shooting

I am not talking medication shooters were on like psychotropic drugs like e.g. Eric Harris was on if I remember correctly.  

I will go first.

Anders Breivik used what is known as an ECA stack which contains; Caffeine, Ephedrine and aspirin.
He took 50% more than the normal ECA stack authorized.

Christopher Thomas was high on cocaine when he did the 1984 Palm Sunday Massacre he was described as "looking bizarre" by a witnesses on the day of the massacre, he was declared to be in a 'extreme emotional disturbance' at the time of the massacre and was given 10 of First degree manslaughter and other charesges relating to criminal possession of a weapon

Randy Stair was on Benadryl during the shooting.

I think he had quite a lot of it in his system. I think he had an overdose.
