Mass shooters who planned their shooting before they got guns

It is even more interesting when they are not American as it shows how determined they are.

-Brenton Tarrant: Started to plan the shooting two years in advance, shooting on March 15, 2019. Category A license in November 2017, began buying guns in December 2017.

-Anders Breivik: "Breivik claimed he started plotting the attacks in earnest in 2006." Bought his weapons in 2010 and 2011 I think, shooting on July 22 2011.

I think it's more the desire beforehand, and it becomes stronger once they have access to weaponry

Seung-Hui Cho had the desire to kill his classmates years before he actually took active steps to doing so.

Tj Lane: started planning on February 13, he got his weapons on February 26th

Liam Lyburd planned his shooting, ordered a Glock handgun on the dark web, and got busted a hour before he would have commited the attack.
