I think because most people want to think of mental illness as only anxiety and depression. I always harken back to whst Sue said in her book. It would be easier to treat and notice with mental illness if everyone looked like the people on the pamphlets about mental illness

Not true at all.Virtually every mass shooter and mass murderer has some degree of mental illness,and it certainly influences there actions regardless of the motivation and the individual.

Since when was walking into a public sector and opening fire on dozens of innocent civilians not been indicative of mental illness? This is absurd, and this woman is very arrogant with her assertions. But unsurprisingly the mainstream will gobble this propaganda up like no tomorrow and throw their heads into the sand, blinding themselves from the true causes of mass murder.

Do you think that a perfectly sane person would take steps to plan and commit a mass shooting? Of course not! When mass shootings happen, there is usually some kind of mental illness behind it.

Its kind of become a stigma that all shooters have some sort of mental illness since the ones that do tend to really obsess about planning (Adam Lanza had pretty much every shooting committed up to that point labeled in a spreadsheet), therefore having more casualties, meaning more well-known shootings. I remember a tv show I watched while back that said that the average suspect in a mass shooting during the 80's was a male, late 30s-early 40s, some sort of anger management/stress issues, and most likely without a wife nor children.

Also, did Dylan Roof have any social media/forum accounts (not including his website)? She said he "sought advice from his community".
