Ultra rare unseen photo of Robert Hawkins

There is a YouTube video of a news report of witnesses recalling the shooting 10 years later. When one victim was retelling his story, as he was talking about "a young man" firing shots they showed three photos of Hawkins, one which has never been seen before until now:
