| I think he's one of the shooters that has no remorse whatsoever. Reminds me of TJ Lane in a way. I don't know... seeing the videos of Nick before the shooting... Just get the vibe he doesn't really care about what he did. |

At least he's not mocking his victims. I think Nikolas Cruz regrets the consequences of his actions, as shown in the tape with his brother, but that's a different matter entirely. Frankly, Cruz strikes me as someone with an intellectual impairment, which doesn't excuse his actions but might contribute to his unusual affect. I'd definitely place him above TJ Lane, but I'd place pretty much every other shooter above him in terms of empathy. | |
