Mass shootings that are somehow connected to other shootings:

Different ways mass shootings are coincidentally connected to other shootings via locations, victims, threats etc. (NOT THROUGH INFLUENCES)

- regina rohde survived columbine as a freshman and virginia tech as a senior

- maryellen hansen, the great aunt of veronica moser sullivan (the 6-year-old who died in aurora), used to be the principal of ken caryl middle school, where dylan klebold used to attend

- stephen paddock attended the same university as ian long and bruce pardo and attended the same high school as pardo too

- a survey showed that 1/4 norwegians knew someone affected by the norway attacks

- elliot rodger's high school, taft, got shot up in 2013

- samantha flynn survived the millard south high school shooting. four years earlier, her mother, beverly flynn, was shot and killed in westroads mall

- 27-year-old Tel Orfanos survived the las vegas shooting but got killed at the thousand oaks shooting

- 22-year-old Brendan Kelly survived the las vegas shooting and the thousand oaks shooting

there were separate shooting threats made to these schools which were attended by mass shooters:
- westview high school, attended by james holmes
- el camino college, attended by chris harper mercer
- new braunfels high school, attended by devin kelley (threatened twice on two separate instances)
- pierce college, attended by elliot rodger (threatened twice on two separate instances)
- papillion la vista high school, attended by robert hawkins
- elk grove high school, attended by steven kazmierczak
- white knoll high school, attended by dylann roof
- mountain view high school, attended by jared lee loughner (threatened THREE TIMES on THREE SEPARATE INSTANCES)

it looks like, as mass shootings get more prevalent, as do the ties the nation has with them

Did Elliot Rodger ever know about the shooting that took place at Taft Union High School, or did he just simply ignore it?

He never once mentioned it in his manifesto but he didn't mention any other shooting in it either. If he did know what happened, he probably would've dwelled upon it or have been amused by it since taft caused him so much pain. If he didn't know what happened, it's because the shooting doesn't even come close as significant to other mass shootings to make the news as much.

Amanda Taylor, who stabbed her father-in-law to death and shot her partner-in-crime, actually witnessed a school shooting. The shooting happened at New River Community College, which is located inside the New River Valley Mall, where Neil MacInnis wounded 2 people with a shotgun before getting arrested. Amanda and her husband witnessed his arrest and actually posted about it on Facebook and Instagram.

Even though I doubt that Stephen Paddock knew about Bruce Pardo, I guarantee that he had more extensive knowledge of mass shootings than the average person. Incidents like that don't develop in a vacuum.

The Florencia Shooting and The Liege shooting happened in the same day and the same hour in the same year

The Amur college shooting and the Saugus School Shooting happened in the same day and same year

The Freeman Highschool Shooting (2017) happened the same day as the Dawson College shooting (2006) both perpetrators murdered only 1 person

A married couple survive the shootings in both Las Vegas and Gilroy.
