Cruz possibly captured on the only camera facing east of building 12?

Sources, including the law enforcement response animation that was presented a month ago, have said that Nikolas Cruz was not captured on Camera 54, which is the only camera facing east of building 12.
So recently I decided to open the surveillance footage from Camera 54 in a editing program and zoomed in towards the road to see if I could at least spot the Uber vehicle that Cruz was in. I then saw this person walking towards building 12 that I suspect is Cruz himself.

What are your thoughts on this? Do you think that person in the distance was actually him, or no?

It could be him since the timing looks correct (based on the timestamp) but its hard to say for certain given how blurry the image is.

Way too blurry to tell for sure. Still, the timing matches up so it could be him.
