A list of shooters who were on some kind of medications during or before their attacks, along with the reasons why they were taking it.

Eric Harris: Zoloft, Luvox
Depression, Anger Issues


Jeff Weise: Prozac
Suicidal Thoughts, Suicide Attempts, Depression

Kip Kinkel: Prozac, Ritalin
Anger Issues, Depression

Pekka-Eric Auvinen: Lexapro. Was prescribed the drug in 2006, but overtime he started taking it irregularly, and by the final months of his life, he stopped taking it completely.  
Panic Attacks, Anxiety, Depression

Asa Coon: Trazodone, Clonidine. Though he reportedly would often refuse to take them.
Anger Issues, Suicidal Thoughts, Suicide Attempts, Depression

Seung-Hui Cho: Paxil, Ativan
Anxiety, Depression

James Wilson: Xanax
Anxiety, Depression

Adam Lanza: Celexa, Miralax.
OCD, Anxiety, Constipation, Possibly for Weight and Nutrition concerns

Steven Kazmierczack: Xanax, Ambien, Prozac
Anxiety, Sleeping Problems, Depression, Schizophrenia

Eric Hainstock: Ritalin
ADHD

Laurie Dann: Thorazine, Elavil, Anafranil, Lithium. She however would take her medications irregularly
OCD, Mood Swings

Matti Saari: Alprazolam, an unspecified drug
Anxiety

Jose Reyes: Prozac, an unspecified anti-psychotic drug
Depression

David Katz: Risperdal, Fluoxetine, unknown antipsychotics, and ADD medication.

ADD medication and antipsychotics reason: Most likely for the oppositional disorder not otherwise specified. Confirmed reason: unknown.

Risperdal and Fluoxetine reason: Both are anti-depressants, but the official reason why he was prescribed both is unknown. Most likely dysthymia.

Extra fact: He stopped taking any medication in 2016-17.
