Picture on the wall by the stairs

In the video that shows Eric and friends in the cafeteria, there’s a point where they are walking up the stairs and there is a large collage (for lack of a better word) on the wall with a picture of MLK in one corner of it.

In looking through some newer photos of the area, it appears to still be there. Does anyone know what that is? Is it a painting on the wall or a large framed picture? Is it the exact same one that was there in 1999?

I believe that it's a mural
