Examples like rocket launchers, or other shit that seems ridiculously overpowered for an average citizen to own.
Apparently the Charlie Hebdo shooters have a rocket launcher.

Strangely enough, that was the least deadly aspect of his attack. Had it been more effective, such as taking down the whole office building it would probably have been the most deadly. Curse that damn parking spot, right?
