Arson attacks are fairly uncommon in regards to most common modes of mass murder events and I've spent some time looking over these events throughout History, of the major events they are merciless, to die in a large blaze would be brutal and even surviving the flames of such an event would leave one with burns in body and mind for the rest of one's life.
Here are some that have resided with me aside from many you listed:
A post i made around 3 years ago regarding a mass murder event not only involving Arson but in itself being a very old and extremely obscure Event: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Osaka Movie Theater fire- Despite being being called a movie theater on Wikipedia it was actually a adult DVD store and private rooms where you can watched those videos. In 1 October 2008 in a supposed suicide attempt when Kazuhiro Ogawa, 46, went to the "store" with paper and lighter, before lighting the paper and started a fire, he then got scared and run away. With the fire 16 people die, being not being burned to death, but instead by carbon monoxide poisoning, appaerently. So 16 people died and at least 10 were injured. The Niterói Circus Fire (1961) - 503 dead
The Gran Circus Norte-Americano debuted in Niterói on December 15, 1961. The advertisements said it was the largest and most complete circus in Latin America – it had about 60 artists, 20 employees, and 150 animals. The circus owner, Danilo Stevanovich, had bought a new canvas, which weighed six tons, and would be made of nylon - a detail that was part of the circus' advertisement. The North Americano arrived in Niterói a week before its debut and set up shop in Expedicionário square, on Avenida Feliciano Sodré, downtown.
Setting up the circus required a lot of time and a lot of manpower. Danilo hired around 50 independent workers for the assembly. One of them, Adílson Marcelino Alves, “Dequinha”, had a police record for theft and had mental problems. He only worked two days and was fired by Danilo Stevanovich. Dequinha was dissatisfied and started hanging around the circus.
At the premiere, December 15, 1961, the circus was so full that Danilo Stevanovich ordered the suspension of ticket sales, to the frustration of many. That night, Dequinha tried to enter the circus without paying the ticket, but was seen and stopped by the elephant tamer, Edmilson Juvêncio.
The following day, Saturday, December 16, Dequinha continued to wander around the circus and began to provoke usher Maciel Felizardo, who was constantly accused of being guilty of Dequinha's dismissal. An argument ensued and Felizardo attacked the former employee, who reacted and swore revenge.
On the afternoon of December 17, 1961, Dequinha met with José dos Santos, "Pardal", and Walter Rosa dos Santos, "Bigode", with a plan to set fire to the circus. They met at a place called Ponto de Cem Réis, on the border of the Fonseca neighborhood with the city center, and decided to put their revenge plan into practice. One of Dequinha's associates, responsible for buying the gasoline, warned the head of the circus's sold-out capacity and the imminent risk of death. However, Dequinha was adamant: he wanted revenge and said that Stevanovich owed him a great debt.
With three thousand people in the audience, it was 3:45 pm when there were 20 minutes left for the show to end, and trapeze artist Nena (Antonietta Stevanovich, Danilo's sister) noticed the fire. In just over five minutes, the circus was completely engulfed in flames. 372 people died instantly and, little by little, several wounded died with the delay in the arrival of the rescue teams, reaching more than 500 deaths, of which 70% were children. Ironically, the elephant Sema's escape from her cage was what ended up saving the vast majority. The animal, with its strength, broke with part of the canvas, opening the way for a greater number of survivors to flee. The tarp, which was once advertised as nylon, was actually made of paraffin-coated cotton fabric, a highly flammable material.
By coincidence, on that day, the medical profession in the state of Rio de Janeiro was on strike. Antônio Pedro Hospital, the largest in Niterói, was closed. The population broke down the door and the doctors on strike were summoned over the radio by Brazilian Army soldiers, who attended the hospital immediately. Doctors from private clinics also attended the hospital. Even other circuses, cinemas and theaters in Niterói, Rio de Janeiro and other neighboring cities canceled their shows to find out if there would be doctors among the public, such was the scale of the catastrophe. Priests were also summoned on an emergency basis, to give the anointing of the sick (formerly called extreme unction) to victims who were already known to have no chance of survival. In the following days, several personalities from the elite of Rio de Janeiro, and Brazilians in general, traveled to Niterói to provide maximum support and assistance to the victims. Among these personalities, the former president, João Goulart, stands out.
Funeral agencies had no time or hands to measure, such was the high number of coffins that were needed to bury the fatal victims. Caio Martins Stadium was transformed into a temporary workshop for the rapid construction of ballot boxes, with carpenters from the region working day and night. Niterói's municipal cemeteries soon ran out of tombs; thus, a piece of land in the municipality of São Gonçalo, neighboring Niterói, was urgently used as a cemetery to bury the remaining bodies.
Based on the testimony of circus employees who accompanied Dequinha's threats, he was arrested on December 22, 1961. His accomplices Bigode and Pardal were also arrested.
On October 24, 1962, Dequinha was sentenced to 16 years in prison and another 6 years in a forensic asylum, as a security measure. Eleven years later, on January 31, 1973, he escaped from the Vieira Ferreira Neto Penitentiary, in Niterói, and was found dead with 13 shots at the top of the Boa Vista hill, in the same city. The perpetrator of the crime was never discovered. Bigode received 16 years in prison, plus 1 year in an agricultural colony. Finally, Pardal was sentenced to 14 years in prison, plus 2 years in an agricultural colony.

On May 21, 2023, a fire erupted at a female dormitory minutes before midnight local time. The student who set the fire sprayed a substance into the air, then ignited it. The fire quickly travelled to mattresses just outside the bathroom. The fire was made worse by the fact that the dorm administrator was unable to locate her keys, due to a state of panic. Firefighters rescued about 20 students by breaking holes through one of the walls.
Heavy thunderstorms made it more difficult to fight the fire from the air and to fly injured children to other areas for treatment. The fire burned for three hours before it was controlled.
The initial death toll was 20, with 14 dying in the dormitory, but it was eventually updated to 19, after a child initially reported as dead was resuscitated by rescuers. On May 30, the girl who had been resuscitated died in a Georgetown hospital. The dorm administrator's five-year-old son was one of the victims who died in the dorm. Thirteen of the victims were burnt beyond recognition, and DNA samples were sent to the Mount Sinai laboratory in New York City, with the help of Barbados, to identify their remains.
Injured students were transported to the two major hospitals of the Guyanese capital, Georgetown. A critically injured 13-year-old girl was flown to New York on May 28 for treatment at Northwell Health's Regional Burn Center at Staten Island University Hospital. By May 30, she was in stable condition.
According to officials, the fire was caused by a 15-year-old student who was enraged after her mobile phone was confiscated. The girl allegedly made threats following disciplinary action for her involvement with an older man. The teenage suspect, who was hospitalized with burn injuries, confessed to the arson. After authorities sought guidance on whether to press charges against her, they eventually received advice to charge her with 19 counts of murder. On May 29, the girl was charged as an adult with 19 counts of murder. She appeared by video before a court in Georgetown; the court ordered that she be held at a juvenile holding centre until further proceedings take place. If she is found guilty, the suspect could be sentenced to life in prison. On July 5, the charges were amended to 20 counts of murder.

Alexander Ponkratov (8 dead, 1 injured died in hospital) [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] A series of arson attacks occurred in Yekaterinburg in March 2020, on the 7, 9, 14th. The most dramatic was the arson on March 26, which claimed the lives of 8 people.
"That night, a two-story house, located at 91 Omskaya Street, caught fire. Seven people died in the fire, and another resident of the house was injured. Local residents are sure that the wooden building was set on fire. The police are working on this version together with investigators and firefighters."
Later on April 2, a perpetrator was caught at the crime scene of another arson - 28-year old Alexander Ponkratov, who turned out to be a pyromaniac.
“I like to set fires, I get pleasure from it" - he said in the court.
Alexander named a number of burnt non-residential buildings in different areas of the city, including those that were previously unknown. However, only two episodes reached the court, and the man was convicted of only one - in which people died. Alexander himself said that he felt pleasure when he set something on fire. For this reason, he was even registered in a mental facility - he was caught setting fire to a barn earlier.
Alexander Ponkratov sentenced to life imprisonment in 2021.

Don’t feel like citing sources, but: Myojo 56 building fire; 2021 Osaka building fire; Shinjuku bus attack; October 2021 Tokyo attack; Konohana pachinko arson case; 2017 Ibaraki family murders and Yamaguchi arson and murders. Those are all some Japanese cases of fire being used. The Osaka sister murders count too. Japan has a lot because there’s pretty much no guns there, and it also just makes sense because it has a high chance of killing more, statistically speaking.
