Robert Napper

Robert Napper is a British serial killer responsible for 3 murders and several rapes between mid 1992 and late 1993. He's currently in custody serving a life sentence.

This certainly is a very interesting case, especially  his obsession with maps of London and the way he noted where his victims lived or often could be seen.
