The drum photo is just another screenshot of Randy Browns footage of him playing drums. Bill Ockham, basically has some connection to Randy Brown. He keeps releasing stuff like it's the Holy Grail. Getting a kick out of it for sure. The fact this gives him a hard on is anybody's guess.
Typical of the Browns to be right up in there, IMO
