Dave Cullen's LiveJournal Days

On numerous forums I've caught whispered rumors of a LiveJournal scandal, that may or may not have had to do with our favorite fiction writer, Dave Cullen and his obsession over a certain Columbine shooter. In other words, I missed all the good dirt. Anyone recall WTH happened? Did Cullen have a nervous breakdown?

He is literally still out on Twitter calling the bullying that took place in Columbine a myth. I heard he also tried to have a Lifetime movie made based on his novel "Columbine".
