Multiple Fatalities at Perm State University in Russia

Earlier this day approximately 8 6 people were killed at Perm State University, up to 20 47 overall victims have been reported. The shooter has been identified as 18-year old student Timur Bekmansurov; he was shot by police with some reports indicating he was killed and injured, requiring his leg to be amputated. A Huglu Atrox tactical pump-action shotgun was used during the attack. The attack was planned for at least six months and the perpetrator had purchased a large quantity of ammunition in August. The shooter was a licensed firearms owner.

Multiple students were injured attempting to flee.

I just saw it on tv and I was like here we go again.

The perpetrator died during surgery. Multiple articles in Russian confirms this.

Apparently, he is alive. He appears to have survived the surgery and is recovering.  probably tomorrow he will be transferred to a regular ward.

According to people that knew him, he often talked about the Nazis and was open about the fact that he owned a firearm.

I watched a video with a voice message from his former groupmate and she said he actually bragged about possibly committing a mass shooting after an argue with a teacher, but just as usual nobody cared.

Bekmansurov's chances of living are 50/50 and he's had his leg amputated due to his injuries.

He is still on a ventilator and has most of his organs damaged and several fractures. He is being injected with a maximum dose of sympathomimetics, and is still in a very serious condition.

According to the news, he regained consciousness and his condition improved. There is no more information yet.

He has been to court but more than that I dont know

It's been reported that Timur Bekmansurov wants his disability group be changed from III to II.
His disability pension is currently 2,700 rub per month. If he gets disability group II, his disability pension will be 3,500 rub per month.
His mother is also trying to deregister him from her flat where he lived prior the shooting. He actually filed a lawsuit himself to deregister from the flat, but the court rejected it because Timur didn't fill it the right way and now his mother is doing that instead of him. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Time flies by a lot, Prague shootings will hit 1 year anniversary in like couple months..

His life really sucks most likely, in a shitty small cell + can't even move.
