Bill claiming to have all the documents from the guy who got to see the Basement Tapes for a write up he did for Time.
Will a copy of the tapes be in there!?

I don't really care about the basement tapes anymore, it would be cool to see them but there's so much other content to look into that I find more interesting than two edgelords ranting about religion in their mum's basement.

I thought bill was a good guy at first, someone who might have some credentials to release things we haven't seen. Since his first release, my hope in him has been decreasing, not to mention he lies a lot and at times will just not release what he promises.
Now, I just think he's a nobody with a few strings he can pull. Most, if not all of his info is from Randy, if you think about it, he's really only released images of Dylan, who else would have those than Randy?
Randy has connections, Bill has used them to 1- interview him, and 2- get in contact with people higher up. He's just a social engineer who knows his way around people.
Take what I say with a grain of salt, but the evidence is pretty damning.

I do actually think we will see the Basement Tapes one day. Trouble is, nobody will really care when they finally come out.
I’ve never been that bothered to see them myself - intrigued yes, but I think it’ll just be a couple of kids spouting bullshit on them and give no real insight to anything.

Actual footage? No. Stills from them maybe, someone did sneak a tape recorder in. There is a slim possibility someone took a photo of the screen it was shown on.
