Because of bullying and hate from other people. He was so hated by others that even girls called police when he approached them.

He was young and alienated when it happened and the event embedded itself in his mind. According to this document Cho wrote about wanting to repeat columbine and his parents were urged to have him evaluated.

What answer did you expect for such a trivial question.It is obvious that Cho was Columbiner due to his mutism and bullying by other students,mostly in high school. There is no really more to speculate about.
