Eric would have the same admiration like the OK bombing but it might be a bit different since it was done by radical islamists vs white guys like McVeigh and Nichols. Dylan would be infatuated how it happened on his birthday. I think if the two stopped thinking about bullying and shit at columbine and lived a few more years on this earth they would have done something anti government like assassinate a colorado politician or blow up a federal building

This exactly.
Eric would show much fewer interest in the event compared to Dylan above all. I even wished that E&D would have lived past 9/11 and experienced it before they went on their rampage at some point. It would have been very interesting to see whether they would change the direction of their attack or even pay homage to the terrorists at all. I know it would have been very influential and inspiring to the two, Dylan especially, possibly even changing direction to go after something "bigger and better". I theorize that if they committed the high school massacre after 9/11, though, it would get a lot less media attention than it originally did in 1999. I doubt school violence would be such a problem as it is currently when you consider the Columbine effect.
