Sue Klebold was right when she said those words. No matter how any kid acts and it doesn't matter if they are raised in a loving environment and smother them with love. They can still have mental issues and problems. Sue said she should've listened instead of kept asking "what's wrong" I think Dylan could've possibly opened up to her if she didn't keep asking him that. Dylan should've told her the problems he was having at school too. There is nothing wrong with admitting you're being bullied or a teacher is giving you a hard time. I'm not a parent, so I don't know. Sue should not feel guilty about most of her parenting though, she mostly was a good mother who just missed the signs.

love is not enough because it isn't well redistributed in a community, social differences and inequalities are. Maybe the right kind of love from somebody who Dylan was yearning for would've been enough. Or maybe not, and that's also an option to consider because the sense of belonging involves so many different factors at complete discretion of each and everyone of us
