I remember seeing him getting mentioned by InsaneIntruder then I got interested in his case. It's a bizarre murder case, especially considering his mania in biting his own artery. I can't imagine how his elderly victims were terrified by being stabbed by a man in a hockey mask. Also, his Wikipedia's article doesn't appear to have much information on him.

I remember the video Cannibalwolf made on him "Daniel Gonzalez: Fiction Into Reality" with the Horn Of The Rhino song Grengus playing. Was a good video and channel.
