Is there any credence to the report saying he targeted college students? It's confirmed that when he was at college people insulted him for being in the military, going as far as saying military personnel deserved to be killed.

The bar was hosting a "College Night" the night of the shooting. It's not unlikely he honed in on this and targeted the bar for his hatred of these types of people. Also the reports 400 pages and I'm not autistic enough about this case to read it
