There have been several shooters who has recorded themselves in the act.
- Bryce Williams (Alison Parker & Adam Ward shot live on TV) - Brenton Tarrant - Payton Gendron - Stephan Balliet - Mohamed Merah (filmed all his killings and sent them to a news agency that won't air/distribute the footage; footage is not publicly available unlike others)
Why would a shooter record themselves in the act? Any shooters that I missed? (ISIS/War shooting footage does not count)

Not a shooter but there was a guy in eslov Sweden who attacked a school with knives and streamed it on twitch, injuring one person, he was inspired by Tarrant.

Stephen Balliet's stream is still, with the exception of the poor victims getting shot, the funniest livestream ever. He starts out so confident and cocky. Then from the moment he can't open the door it turns into a shitshow with his gun jamming the entire time and him throwing tantrums like a child.

Jakrapanth Thomma livestreamed a portion of the shooting at Terminal 21 Korat Mall on Facebook Live.
Philip Manshaus recorded the Bærum mosque shooting on his GoPro but failed to livestream it.

According to a search warrant Trystan Terrell recorded the shooting or at least part of it on his cellphone.
