At one point when randy stair was visiting New York he contemplated throwing himself out a building, is this true?

I know in one of his suicide tapes he says that he considered setting himself on fire or jumping off of a building, I'm not sure if it was specifically in New York, however I wouldn't be surprised as he did go on holiday there in 2009/2010.
