The only one I can think of is the Antigo High School shooting (perp killed, 2 injured), if that counts.

Antigo High School really is the only real attempt of one at a school prom i know of, but there have been some shootings that happened at school dances like Andrew Wursts shooting and that school shooting that happened in Sweden in the 60s
