No offense buddy, but I think this video was already posted here about five times ;). Take a look in the Sandy Hook Thread.

I want to know peoples opinions, and if people actually think this is him or not.

Why would someone randomly film Adam Lanza playing a game? Someone probably did this because they thought it looked similar to him and then would pass it off as being Adam. When was this thing filmed?

I think the same that Jenn. Why would someone film a random person playing in that place?, with what purpose?. Thats not normal, I have never seen anyone filming an unknown person in those places. Is more possible that the person who filmed this, thought that the guy look like Adam Lanza and made the video. I remember see this not a long time after the shooting, this was still on the news or everyone was still thinking about it more than now (I dont remember very much) so recorded this and pass it off would be a way to attracted attention like many people do in this kind of circumstances.

He was always there always playing the same exact game which was weird to people so the guy who filmed him did it to make fun of him. I'm not saying its 100% him but its very plausible.

At first I had doubts that it may actually be Adam Lanza, but I was recently going through some crime scene photos and saw he had the same game in his room so perhaps it is actually him? I've never looked into Lanza and Sandy Hook that much so I couldn't say for sure if it was him or not but I just thought it was ironic that a random person would be filming some kid playing a video game. Clearly they did do it to make fun of him (as someone else already said in this thread). I don't see why anyone would think this was something to make fun of though? It is just a kid playing a dancing game.

Would be much better to have seen a video of Eric or Dylan playing DDR. Now THAT would be something worth posting! (even if it were a fake!)

I think the video is probably real, taken by someone who thought it was funny Lanza would play this for hours at a time at a local AMC movie theater.
From the "official" Sandy Hook Report: "He was so obsessed with the game Dance Dance Revolution that he was known to drive to the local theater on weekend nights and play the game for four to 10 hours."

I'm not sure if its him in the vid, probably not.
but it is entirely true that Lanza was an avid DDR player, spending hours at a time on the game. Frankly, fits very well into the picture if we assume Lanza had an Autism spectrum disorder.

Although true that Lanza did regularly play DDR, I don't believe this video is of him.
No proof, and notably posted after the shooting - as we can see making a (possibly) fake video would gain a lot of attention.

as someone who is moderately into DDR, me and my friends definitely have filmed multiple strangers we thought were decent at the game while waiting for the machine to show each other later. I don't think its that far fetched for someone to take the video lol...he's good at it.

Officials confirmed this week that Adam Lanza, the deeply disturbed killer behind the Sandy Hook shooting tragedy, was the gamer playing “Dance Dance Revolution” on an arcade machine at a movie theater in a 2012 video, Newsweek reported.
I was very sceptical that it was Adam but may I was wrong. Makes it all the more strange to watch if it is him.

Yes, we both thought it really was him. And I agree with you about the "little fucker"'s agility.
