Timur Bekmansurov complained about the deterioration of his mental and physical health. The court ordered a new expert examination which can possibly change his disability group.

It's been reported that the shooter was complaining about problems with his vision and mental health. Bekmansurov appealed to the court saying that specialists evaluated the state of his health incorrectly. Timur believes that his disability group should be changed from III to II.

Let's hope our failed lawyer will fill out paperwork the right way this time and his mom won't have to help him again.
