I apologize in advance if this is a stupid question, but I need to ask because it has been bugging me for a while.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] I was wondering when/where this photo was taken. It looks like it might have been a photo id, but for some reason I can't find a definite answer anywhere online. I know that the photo of him in the hoodie was a photo id for college, which he attended from 2008-2009. I think in the photo above, he looks a couple years older than he did in his college photo id, but maybe that's just because of the potato picture quality.
EDIT: Old photo link died, added a new link for anyone who may come across this post again.

I don't know and its really bugging me. Blue background is making me think its a school/ID photo of some sort? I'm looking around but I can't find anything.

Have no idea, in Poland you are required to have a ton of various ID stuff (Hell, I need a id photo on my pass card just to enter my office), but I"m no expert on USA documents. Do social security cards require a photo?

It might have been his Driver's License photograph, which he earned in 2010...

Yeah, a ton of id is required where I live, too. It gets annoying. Your social security card is given to you when you are born, and it just requires your name to be signed on it. Social security cards themselves don't require a photo. To get another one, you do need prove your identity with an accepted form of id, most of which require a photo to be taken.

I was thinking the same earlier today. It seems like the most logical conclusion.
