Possible Sandy Hook security cam footage leak?

So I recently browsed some German Sandy Hook content on Youtube (I'm half German), and came across something that blew my mind. In a video titled 'Die Bestie von Newtown' ('The Beast of Newtown') by uploader 'Sturmgeist' (reference to mass-shooter Pekka Erics old Youtube account) there's a short sequence that seems to depict actual security cam footage of the Sandy Hook shooting.
The video itself is well made (except for some distasteful dark humor) and contains accurate, up-to-date info on the event along with detailed descriptions and depictions of what happened (all in German of course.) It seemed like just another standard, self-made Youtube doc of which there are many. That is untill out of nowhere at around 9:05 there's security cam footage of a tall hooded gunmen opening fire on another person with an assault rifle, in what looks like a classroom of school library. The bottom of the screen reads 'vermutete leaks' which means 'supposed/alleged leaks'.
The footage is flashed for a few seconds and then disappears from the video entirely. Suprising the narrator barely makes mention of the footage or its content. All he says is that, in general there's very little leaked footage of the event since so much content was redacted by authorities. Excuse me, but since when has there been ANY leaked footage of Sandy Hook? I've never seen the shown footage on any site, forum, video or anything related to Sandy Hook or other school shootings. I even took screenshots and reverse image searched them but got 0 results.
Does this mean I there's actual leaked footage from the event? Footage that actually depicts Lanza in the act? Footage that's just chilling in some no-name German Youtubers video who barely finds it worth mentioning? The only possible clue as to where this footage might have come from is that 'Sturmgeist' mentions another Youtuber called 'Cannibalwolf' who he thanks in the video description for doing 'deep web research'.
Of course I also considered that this could be footage from another shooting, but if so which one? Would love to hear your thoughts.

There's not really anything there that suggests that it is infact real footage of the shooting. Any captured video of the shooting was kept hidden from the public and I doubt that youtube would allow videos of child slaughter to appear on youtube and be 100% real.

You may be onto something there, but in my view it is more likely that it is either stolen from another smaller shooting or it is simply a reenactment of sandy hook. It loops as well. You'd have to dive a lot deeper into it to find the truth behind the video though.

Reenactment footage they found from somewhere-or-other-made-for-tv-docu. The same hooded person appears walking up some stairs in the "Amok 2" video about Pekka.

Also the weapon looks to be automatic, which he did not use an automatic.

Looks like the same body type as him but not the right clothes as others noted, still interesting tho I wonder where it's from.

I'm actually friends with Sturmgeist, let me ask him about it.

As you can tell his channel is in Deutsch/German but he can speak english perfectly alright. Call me fake or not, idgaf, but that footage is probably fake.

Saw it. What nobody mentioned is that there's a lot of tall shelves with lots of books on them.

Looks like a public library rather than a classroom for 6 and 7 year olds.

This footage is not from Sandy Hook but from a TV-series called 19-2. This is from season 2 episode 1.

I recommend anyone to watch the episode. It appears like it is partly based on Sandy Hook and Columbine.

Thank you Mh_12rm_66 for posting this video in another thread. I had already seen 19-2 before, but the full episode wasn't on YouTube back then. It is IMO one of the best fictional school shooting videos.
