The ever so knowledgeable Randy Brown

You guys all act like Randy Brown has all this secret, inside knowledge on what went down on 4/20 and the following couple of days, but honestly I don't think he KNOWS shit,, other than that one basement tape where Dylan lets slip to Eric he's Jewish (still baffled why the police showed evidence to an uninvolved citizen). He seems like the type of person that if he had anything of consequence he would've sold it to the highest bidder by now

I agree to an extent. I do not think Randy has anything groundbreaking at all.

In reality what does he have? He has personal knowledge of Eric and Dylan thru his and his family's dealings with them, he has personal knowledge of Columbine and the general location, he has all the info on the police reports they filed, he has seen the BT...and that is where my knowledge of things ends.

I know people have claimed he has other info that us regular people do not have access to but there is no proof of that at all.

I get that he has basically dedicated his life to Columbine and I find that intriguing but a bit sad. I think it is time for him to move on. At this point he and Brooks as well as Judy are just looking for more spotlight.

Randy Brown knew things back then that really changed the game. But nowadays, he just repeats the same things that we already know. He's definitely still angry about Eric.

I don't blame him though for having that kind of grudge against Eric because of that death threat he made against Brooks. I think he still strongly believes that if the Jeffco police have acted on these threats the massacre could have been prevented. But in reality who knows, there's more than one way to skin a cat.

Jeffco made a lot of mistakes that they tried to cover up. It's no wonder that Randy is still angry now. Eric was reported yet Jeffco never came down on him. It's a shame. I agree that if they had done their job properly, Eric may still be alive today. In prison maybe, but alive. But Randy's anger is pointless now. Nothing can be done.

I really don't think that if the police had followed up on the Brown's report it would made that much difference, and definitely wouldn't have 'prevented Columbin'. It has already been established that Eric was an exceptional liar and those cops were idiots ( IF we believe Sue when she says the police told her they had to go back a second time to Eric's bedroom because they missed one of his weapon hiding places. I'd love to see a crime scene map for his room btw.)

I would love to know where Eric's hiding spots where too.   Where could he hide explosive materials and guns that was so discreet that even cops couldn't figure it out the first time?!

He was in the divergion program already, correct?

It was my understanding that it was the "bunker"outside that the cops missed. After the browns filed the complaint on eric thepolice were granted a search warrant of the harris home. If they had followed through with the search, they would have found erics stash of explosive components and seized them. Im not sure of the timing however. Had eric started amassing the stuff at that point? If so, having all that stuff confiscated would have set him back. All it would have taken to prevent nbk was a delay of a couple weeks... They had to do it before graduation.

Wasn't there someone on the old board who claimed to know Randy who had shown him a bunch of material that had never been released that Randy has in his possession?

In a way, I think the Browns do know more than the average researcher, if only because they have seen the Basement Tapes and knew Dylan personally. I would think that given the length of Brooks's friendship with Dylan, the Browns may still be on speaking terms with Sue , though I could be totally wrong.

As for his anger towards Eric, I can understand it. As a parent, if someone threatened my child's life, I would carry a grudge for the rest of my life.

Randy and Brian rorhbohgh worked together to get shit out of Jeffco. They talked about it on a radio show. Brian has some dirt too, he'd secretly record meetings after columbine. I wouldn't say it's anything malicious pertaining to the case but just the messiness the authorities are and withholding reports or what not. So basically randy and Brian do have things WE don't know but it's nothing exciting to this day. And for randy well, just the pure knowledge that he and his Son knew the boys personally.

While, Im not even half as knowledgable as Brown on this issue, I do believe that hes incredibly selective with facts

I respect Randy in that he has a lot of knowledge on Columbine, but sometimes I think he lets his opinions on Eric and Dylan shape the way he presents facts to people.

Lets get down to Basic facts:


Bullying does not cause school shootings, people do.

I dont dispute that it can be a factor, however, along with so many other things.
