That's interesting, because Dylan first mentioned the idea of suicide by explosive in his journal on February 2, 1998.

the difference being using a pipe bomb vs. propane tanks & napalm

Is there a place where the dialogue for the basement tapes are? Perhaps in the 11k? I'm still in the beginning of reading it.
