Is anyone else's copy of UACLABS dated 2003?

Why is UACLABS dated 2003? Did Eric's ghost decide to make another WAD? Can anyone else with a copy of UACLABS verify this date, I've never noticed this before. All of his other WADs are dated in the 90s.
