The students at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School have been leading the charge to gun reform. One of the most vocal students, David Hogg, went as far as to call the National Rifle Association “child murderers.” Hogg now says his first amendment rights are being violated if he is forced to wear a clear backpack to school.
“It’s unnecessary, it’s embarrassing for a lot of the students and it makes them feel isolated and separated from the rest of American school culture where they’re having essentially their First Amendment rights infringed upon because they can’t freely wear whatever backpack they want regardless of what it is,” Hogg told Axios’s Mike Allen during a gun control forum.
“It has to be a clear backpack,” Hogg added. “What we should have is just more policies that make sure that these students are feeling safe and secure in their schools and not like they’re being fought against like it’s a prison.”
According to the Daily Wire, Hogg, who has been fighting to remove Americans’ Second Amendment rights since February, says that being obligated to wear a clear backpack would violate his “First Amendment rights.”

Nick Cruz wasn't allowed to wear a backpack to school because he was considered a threat to the other students. Clearly according to Hogg's logic he should've been able to wear whatever backpack he pleased.

Seems that way doesn't it?
He thinks his rights are being infringed!? Little David needs to learn that you can't pick and chose which Amendments to uphold.

The simple fact this kid is arguing how he feels like his rights are being violated, while in the very same breath he is speaking about violating others right is just f*cking hilarious to me.

Cruz wasn't allowed to wear a backpack bc he was considered nuts and dangerous, but he shouldn't have been able to purchase a gun either bc as I said, he was considered nuts and dangerous. But unlike this imposed blanket measure, which is pointless and stupid BTW, nobody is imposing a blanket gun confiscation and only the fringe of gun control people are proposing it, which is also pointless and stupid. But then again when someone says a coherent sentence that has anything resembling a gun control proposal no matter how miniscule, the muh guns crowd will hear ''We are here to take your guns blarrghh''.

Don't worry, just give it a few years and eventually you'll see him and his friends clamoring for hate speech legislation. Because who needs free speech, right?

Yesterday there was some confusion in the alt-right blogosphere as to whether Hogg was even at the school when the shooting happened: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
But now it seems that he left the school after the shooting and then came back.

David Hogg, a Parkland school shooting survivor who has become one of the prominent voices for gun control, is now going after a conservative talk-show host's advertisers after she made light of his college-rejection letters.
Laura Ingraham, a Fox News opinion host, tweeted a link to a news article about Hogg having received rejection letters from several University of California schools.
"David Hogg Rejected By Four Colleges To Which He Applied," the article's headline read, "and whines about it," Ingraham added.
That tweet went out to Ingraham's 2.2 million Twitter followers Wednesday morning and made its way back to Hogg nearly 10 hours later: "Soooo @IngrahamAngle what are your biggest advertisers ... Asking for a friend," Hogg wrote, with the hashtag, "BoycottingIngramAdverts."
Later, he tweeted a list of companies and urged his followers to contact them. It was not immediately clear which, if any, of the companies are current Ingraham advertisers.
Oh NO! David Hogg is now being dissed by FOX News! I mean after all she is a host of a "OPINION" type show.

I agree. But I feel this shit is starting to get way out of hand on all sides. There are people claiming on Tumblr that they have Emma Gonzalez's nudes, and are passing them around. Don't know it they are real or not but that just isn't right.
