As do I, I remember many of the families feeling frustrated that they didn't get the answers they desired and also that they were not allowed to talk about it.

As someone who did not lose a child and doesn't have any... I cannot imagine what the parents of Eric and Dylan could say to help them understand why their children, and their parent were murdered.
