I think Cho saw Wayne Lo as an icon. He was an Asian school shooter and an outcast like Cho. Cho shaved his head before the shooting and resembled Wayne a lot.

There's literally no evidence to show that Cho even knew about Wayne Lo.

I agree.
The only shooters Cho looked up to were Eric and Dylan.

I have always suspected that Seung's knowledge about mass shootings was deeper than just "obsession with Columbine".Eric and Dylan were the ones he related with but it's not equivalent with looking up to them in the terms of planning the shooting.He planned to give example of generation so he would rather look up to the most efficient US mass shooter George Hennard when it comes to bringing two pistols and trying to shoot most of the targets in point blank range.As it was the bloodiest shooting in modern american history it's not hard to imagine Seung has came across with this case.Going back to Wayne Lo,personally I'm not so sure if he inspired him to shave his head bald,it was more of an attempt to make his villain persona more masculine.Altrough,it is possible that Seung knew about Lo.Even Wayne himself spoke about Seung Hui in his 2007 interview,pointing that there were so many eerie similarities between them that it couldn't be concidence.
But at the end of the day we can only speculate about it.We know barely nothing about his online activity and we will never get evidence to be sure about Seung's knowledge of previous mass shootings.
