If you read right below the city description (2015) There is a summary revealing it may be up for a Public forclosure auction. Nobody died there nothing bad happened there… Other than the staging design and plan for a massacre… Still I find the place creepy as fuck Knowing that kid Kicked it up in there… Negative energy starting with him and ending with the secrecy and awkwardness of the parents

God I could NEVER EVER live that close to someone! You would have NO privacy at all, every noise both pleasant or unpleasant would be heard by the whole neighborhood!

I live pretty close to my neighbors so it doesn't look bad to me
House looks dated though

LOL! NOPE! This Country girl just couldn't do it. I wonder if the fangirls know that they could possibly live in Eric's old house?

It says it’s off market. So they won’t be able to pool their money for a “real life Eric experience “ lol

It’s not like American horror story murder house. His ghost would not be stuck in the house for all eternity.....
And if his ghost was going to go back to a house it probably would be a back east somewhere Where he was happy.
You know I don’t have a lot of knowledge on ghost logic but that would be my guess

I don't know about owning and living in their homes but I wouldn't mind owning Dylan's BMW

I do remember that, but if I recall it was very shady looking and the owner wanted a crazy price for it like 1 million or something. Probably never sold it.

My mom's house was just down the street. We sold it in 2010 when she was really a sick before she passed away. Just a note, that area is unincorporated JeffCo so there wouldn't be a city involved. That neighborhood is very homogeneous and kind of boring, but definitely nicer in a material sense than where I mostly grew up with my dad.
