At least 30 people were killed after a truck rammed into them while they were attending a memorial for the victim of an earlier traffic wreck. The truck plowed right into the crowd:

National authorities have been notified," stated the relief agency on social media.

Was an accident, apparently a bunch of people were standing in the highway watching the aftermath of a car accident when a truck plowed into them killing ~18 (didn't see them since it was dark af outside)
