I think most shooters who chose one location to carry their killings out have a particular reason for wanting to attack that location, or are otherwise drawn to it by sheer convenience (hence why most people angry over getting fired decide to shoot up their workplace). Someone who wanders from place to place obviously doesn't give a shit about location.
