I went to Littleton in October of 2019. It was so surreal being there where everything happened, I almost couldn't believe I was actually there. The drive to Dylan's house was so beautiful. I live in Ohio (it's really flat here) so it was my first time seeing any mountains and I was in awe. We parked at Clement Park, checked out the memorial, walked out of Clement Park past the houses on W Polk Ave, up S Pierce Street back to Clement Park, drove to Dylan's house, to Eric's, then back to Columbine but that time we actually drove into the senior parking lot by the west entrance. I didn't want to park or get out because I've read so many people's stories of doing that and being stopped by cops. I regret not doing it though because there weren't any cops there (which surprised me a lot because from what I've read online it seemed like multiple cops are there 24/7 constantly surveying the area with hawk eyes ready to investigate anyone who even dares to look at the school), it wasn't a school day, and I felt like I didn't really get to soak it in (if that makes sense). I'm still really glad I got to go and see everything in person. I've been into Columbine for 6 years and planned to go one day, but I didn't think I would for another few years.

Those are some really beautiful photos. Columbine High School still has a really nice layout. I really liked the large windows in the library. I hope that someday I might be able to visit the school in person. Thanks for sharing.

Absolutely gorgeous! Thank you so much for the pictures. I wanna go some day as well, though I live in Sweden so that would be a major trip for me.

That looks amazing! I bet it felt great to finally come up to that area in real life, I’m glad the police didn’t stop you and you got to enjoy the beauty of Littleton.

Awesome pictures! I live in Tennessee surrounded by the beautiful Smoky Mountains but I'd give anything to see the Rockies! They're breathtaking in photos, I can only imagine how they look in person. It must've been so surreal to be in Littleton. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for sharing the pictures/videos! Once again, I asked myself why are we into this case so much, but whenever I see some new photos of Littleton/Columbine, their vibe just intrigues me on and on

Dylans house is so awesome. I would love that house and location. Who lives in the house now?

I visited Colorado back in summer 2019 as my sister lives out there. I'm from England so knew it would be a good chance to stop off at the memorial on the way back from a day out. Clement Park was a lot bigger than I was expecting, and the memorial was amazing. What struck me the most while I was walking round it was the quiet. It was an odd feeling seeing all the names on there and knowing they were the same people we see popping up time and again on the board.

Beautiful area. I'm going to Colorado next week and will try to make time to visit Littleton again. I went last year to see the memorial and then visited Corey, Rachel, and Mr. Sanders' graves, but only took a couple of short vids

Great pictures and video! I was going to go last year but everybody talked me out of it. Maybe I'll go this summer. I want to take a roadtrip to Wyoming and Montana (only problem is that I dont want to go alone, so I have to try to find someone to go with me) I've been debating driving all the way from here (Ohio) or flying into Denver (because flights to Denver are really cheap) and renting a car. If I do the latter, I definitely want to go to Littleton and see the memorial.

How did they talk you out of it? What reasons did they give you exactly?

No specific reasons, it's just that everybody I know thinks my interest in Columbine is weird. They make me feel like it's wrong to even want to go and almost like I'd be committing a crime by going. The way I look at it is that it's in a public park and they wouldnt have built a memorial if they didnt want anybody visiting.

Wow, beautiful pictures. Thank you for sharing all of these. That video of Dylan's house is beautiful - all the snow and ice sparkling.
I've flown over the area on the way to somewhere else, and have always been so impressed by how gigantic the Rockies are. Really need to make a trip to the mountains one day, not just over them.

the area around dylan's house looks like literal heaven, I have never seen such a breath taking place in my life. compared with the ghetto, muslim ridden city that I am in, this looks like paradise. Dylan always wrote in his early writings about appreciating the beauty of nature and the world and was always mad at those who saw through it.

With that house, I'm surprised Dylan didn't have more friends. All he needed was a pool.

The house does have a pool. But apparently Dylan did not like using it because there were routinely dead animals that needed to be fished out of it.

I would "kill" to have that house, not literally of course lol. The views are gorgeous and talk about all the room. Heck, I would create one room as a game room and another as a fitness room.

i have family in Littleton, and a cousin whos a freshman at CHS. it's fine if you guys wanna visit the memorial or victims graves but please stay away from the school, it's not a cool tourist destination it's a SCHOOL that children attend and love, would you be ok with complete strangers going to your kids school walking around and taking pics? Littleton is tired of "columbine tourists". My 15 yr old cousin isn't worried about being safe in her school she feels 100% safe in the school she's worried about "tourists" who wander around gawking at her school taking pics. and eventho the cops weren't there doesn't mean security cameras don't record you. please everyone stop going to the school, they almost demolished it because of this crap so please stop.

I do get your point, however, the school seemed closed at the point of OP's visit, which to me is pretty harmless since it's closed and no one is there at the time. I completely understand that you shouldn't be there gawking and taking pictures when it's open and students are having classes... but what does it really matter when it's closed for the weekend/holidays?
