Probably an extremely stupid question, but what was the/what was contained on the "Nixon Tape" and what was it?

The Nixon Tape was a voice recording Eric made in the early morning hours of April 20th. On the tape he explains what his motives are and why he and Dylan are doing NBK. Here is a quote from it.

"People will die because of me," Eric said. "It will be a day that will be remembered forever."
