To which Serial killer / Mass murder / murder do you relate the most ?

Its as simple as you can read in the title , in which of them do you see yourself the most ?
Can be anyone who ever commited murder from Cho seung hui to Marcel Hesse.
For me its without a doubt Adam lanza , from me anxiety around other humans to my view on how the human hystory with its current cultures and civilasation destroyed human life to my Isolation.
Please do not see this as a warning sign.

I see alot of myself in Adam Lanza and James Holmes. A little bit of Jeffery Dahmer too.

Yeah there was a time (2016) when I tought that I could somehow relate to Adam but I think that we were really different.The only thing he and I have in common is our interest in mass murders/crime

I would say, Dahmer, Dylan, and Eric. although I do not condone the acts these people committed, there are parts of them I can see myself in. from erics rage (but I am completely against racism, sexism, nazism ect) to Dylans Depression + the loneliness he felt and all the way to Dahmers acceptance of his inner darkness (i saw a captivating interview of Dahmer from 1994 with inside edition)

I would also say i could resemble Michael Ryan, the Hungerford Shooter.

Probably Josef Mengle. I like to try to discover things and science is a subject I enjoy so if I was to kill someone I would find research and documentation important

I can relate to Adam Lanza and Kip Kinkel personality wise and I can relate to Eric Harris, Dylan Klebold, Kimveer Gill, Pekka-Eric Auvenen, Elliot Rodger, and Kip Kinkel with their taste in media.

I also relate to Nikolas Cruz a lot as well.

I would say Richard Durn and Dylan Klebold for sadness and lack of interest in life, and maybe to some extent Adam Lanza for anxiety and social life.

Same for me, I hate this era we live in.

But I obviously relate to the person they were before the shooting, I can understand the feeling of hopelessness or powerlessness that made them want and do such an horrible thing, but in no way it excuses the shooting, in no way it gave them the right to take other's life because their own life failed. I can relate to some of them because we have their writings and know what they thought and felt but I strongly disagree with fangirls who refuse to condemn killings just because they were depressed or bullied.

Sure, the fact that so many of us can relate to the shooters mean that many people on this forum could also relate to each other if we knew more about each other. Depression, sadness, powerlessness, anxiety, loneliness... are very common feelings that are not only for killers. But sadly we know of them for killers because they killed. It is not something we really talk otherwise. Too bad we usually talk about it only once things degenerated. And I am not criticizing anyone, I myself don't usually talk about my issues to people I know and maybe people I know feel the same and don't dare to talk about it to me.

At the risk of sounding like an old sourpuss (which yet I am not, I hope) I also think it has unfortunately become a universal trait amongst teenagers. Which may be why we have the impression that many mass shooters - in fact mainly school shooters - have a bad spelling.

The killers I relate to are Adam Lanza, William Atchison, Jeff Weise, Dylan Klebold, Kimveer Gill, Pekka-Eric Auvinen, Eric Harris and Chris Harper-Mercer. If I had to pick one, probably Kimveer Gill.

I think I probably relate the most to Michael Ryan.
