According to his journal (entry from April 29, 2017), this is what he was wearing: “-“It’s our Time to Rise” white t-shirt (black sleeves) -Black Neff Beanie (used in every “beanie” video 2014-2017) [“Resurrection”-2017] -Black work pants -Black “EGS”/”Pioneers Productions” wristband -Purple Panties -Black Bra -Black Ember Facepaint around eyes.” (confirmed by autopsy)
Edit: He was also wearing black lipstick, but he didn’t mention it anywhere. It’s only known because of the autopsy.

A black and white photo of Charles Whitman's body was posted here, not that it tells you much. To be more specific, he wore a white headband, sneakers, a red plaid shirt, jeans and blue nylon coveralls. I can only imagine that in the Austin heat.
