Two forgotten mass shootings in a small Devonshire town

I recently read an interesting article on Devon Live about two mass shootings in a small town called Torquay in Devon, England. Could someone maybe try to find out more or even make a Wikipedia page about them (if you have an account)?. I find this particularly interesting because I am from Devon and have been to Torquay several times.
