What are the heaviest, most militarized responses and the weakest, peaceful responses? (Regardless of actual response time)
Strongest:
2019 Dayton Ohio shooting (shot dead by officers 32 seconds after firing the first shot, shot 30 times by 6 officers at once
2020 Nakhon Ratchasima shootings (both the army and police responded, 100s of soldiers and officers deployed to mall, suspect violently killed after killing two officers and a soldier)
2016 Pulse nightclub shooting (police surrounded club five minutes after the first shot, police already at the club when it started, over 100 officers and SWAT on scene over an hour, bearcat used to breach bathroom wall, suspect riddled with gunshot wounds by 11 officers who fired about 150 shots)
Weakest:
2020 Nova Scotia shootings (no citizen alert for half a day, killed by rcmp, first officers arrived 20 minutes after attack began)
2022 highland park parade shooting (shooter escaped after shooting approximately 50 people, on the run for 8 hours, arrested safely by regular officers)
William unek (killed 21 people with an axe in 90 minutes, illegally immigrated to another country where he did ANOTHER RAMPAGE killing 36 people three years later, stayed on the run for nine days after his second rampage, died in the hospital after his house was set on fire by police)
