It looks like the Columbine Master Archive created by forum user sororityalpha that was hosted on Mega got deleted I can't think of another archive where you can just download everything at once, but researchcolumbine.com has documents available for easy download, and on the main Columbine subreddit, you can go to the "Resources" tab at the top of the page and they have a bunch of links to documents, reports, and videos.
